Learn to Row
Learn to Row (LTR) classes are geared toward those with no rowing experience. We offer separate LTR classes for youth and adults consisting of eight 2-hour sessions. Morning (youth) and evening (adult) classes are available. You’ll learn all the basics to row confidently on our sheltered cove in just a few weeks. Youth rowers under 18 must be able to tread water for five minutes and swim 50 yards (two lengths of a pool.) Minimum of 4, maximum of 8 students per class. 8 classes, 2 hours each. If you like the sport, we’ll give you a $50 discount off a first-year membership in our rowing club. NEW YOUTH LTR ADDED Due to the popularity of our LTR program, we have added a new youth LTR session for August. Classes start on 8/6 and end on 8/29, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 AM.
