Starting August 4th, this 4-week, on-the-water. session will build beyond your basic skills. Two great coaches will perform drills that will improve the finer points of your stroke, often starting with an ergometer, but most of the time you'll continue to develop boat handling skills and learn to use the body efficiently on the water. While we'll focus on the individual's stroke, you'll learn to row effectively in a team boat. With coach's approval and the completion of this class, you will cleared to take out a club boat during member open rowing sessions. For participants 18-years and older. Participants must be able to tread water for 15 minutes and swim 2 lengths of a pool. Space is limited to eight participants.
