Winter Conditioning for Rowers is for folks of All AGES, & All Abilities who are wanting to create, improve or maintain their fitness levels throughout the winter months. The sessions include Pilates, Low Impact Workouts, Stretching, Exercise Ball, Exercise Band, Calisthenics, Ergometer use, a bit-o-health Physiology and Fitness Training. We beautifully span the ages from ~10 students (ages 12-18) ~ 20 adults (ages 20-60 something)
Together we learn to:
Row or brush up on our technique while rowing on ‘ergometers’
Engage in stretching, calisthenics, Pilates, exercise ball and/or exercise band during our ‘land training’
