What a great way to go ...



"Winter Conditioning (for Rowers) has been a great way to make the long weeks of winter fly by. I enjoyed the fact people of all conditions and ages had an hour of fun, while getting that sustained cardio up and stretching out those winter muscles. I combine winter conditioning with a few days in a gym and I am stronger and more flexible than I was, by just going to the gym. What a great way to go into the rowing season (or biking, hiking, swimming....) Thanks NRC for making this happen!"

One rower mentioned rowing in the World Class CRASH-Bs was an unexpected bonus the Winter Conditiong Class offered!

Several participants really appreciated the emphasis on stretching their tight winter muscules!

All in all, it was a very good winter Conditioning... Let's SPLASH (Adult Intro to Rowing class) into Spring ... Shall we?
