Mystic YMCA thROWdown The Mystic YMCA will again be sponsoring the Erg Throwdown on March 22. (See attached flyer). The individual masters (27 yrs & older) and vets (50 yrs & older) event will start at 9:00 AM. Individual youth will row at 10:30 AM and the high school teams will row as erg eights at 11:00.
